A: I have been riding a motorcycle my whole life. I love the sport. My involvement in the Harley community grew naturally from there, as I sought to connect with others who shared my passion. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? A: I have always loved the Heritage because of the nostalgic look. It appeals to me because it combines classic design with modern performance, embodying the best of both worlds. Q: Have you experienced any standout moments or adventures while riding your Harley-Davidson? Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? A: My absolute favorite trip was last year, when I took the Lake Express Ferry across Lake Michigan to Muskegon. From there, I rode up to Mackinaw City, Sault St. Marie, Marquette, Hancock, Hurley, Hayward, Minocqua, Hudson, Prairie Du Chien, and then back to Greenfield. I traveled 1500 miles in 9 days, 7 of which it rained, but I didn't care. Q: Within the realm of Harley-Davidson, what trends or advancements are particularly intriguing or exciting? A: I really liking the direction that the company is taking on the models that are coming out. The innovations and new designs are exciting and show a promising future for motorcycle technology. Q: Do you have a signature method you've developed to enrich the Harley-Davidson experience for customers? A: I like to show my House colors wherever I go. I've connected with a number of new customers because they saw my shirt or jacket. Q: Apart from motorcycles, what are some of your other hobbies or interests? How do you infuse your personality and passions into the culture at House of Harley-Davidson? A: If you know me, you know I am a huge socializer. A: I grew up around the Harley Davidson culture. Both my parents and family ride, so I knew at a young age that I wanted to be part of the Harley culture as well. 𝐐: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲-𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐨𝐧? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? A: I started working part-time 15 years ago and transitioned to the position I am in now four years ago. My favorite part of my job is meeting people from all over the world and getting them fit with gear for their next adventure. A: First and foremost, my staff and I provide excellent customer service to everyone who walks through our doors. I also ensure we understand the importance of properly fitting a rider from head to toe. 𝐐: 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬? A: In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, going on adventures in my Jeep, riding my dad's 1988 Softail, trying new restaurants, and exploring new cities. When meeting new customers, I love sharing with them places they should check out, such as restaurants, cities, or cool destinations on their bikes.

A: My interest in motorcycles began early with dirt biking in my youth, continuing into my teenage years. The passion was significantly nurtured by my family; my mother worked at Harley-Davidson for 23 years, and my father was an active member of a HOG chapter. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? A: My model family of choice is the Softail line-up. Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? A: One of my most memorable rides was around Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana. I've always been intrigued by anything with an engine. Growing up, my dad raced snowmobiles, and we worked on various machines in the garage. I enjoyed riding four-wheelers, snowmobiles, and dirt bikes whenever possible. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? I enjoy the Grand American Touring Models. I personally own a 2019 Road Glide Special, customized to my style, but I appreciate any motorcycle personalized to reflect the owner. I also own a '92 FXRT, which I've grown to love for its soul. Q: Have you experienced any standout moments or adventures while riding your Harley-Davidson? Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? Riding with my wife and parents has been incredibly memorable. We take a trip every year, always exploring new places. My favorite riding spots include Wisconsin's Driftless area, the Smoky Mountains, and Colorado. Q: Within the realm of Harley-Davidson, what trends or advancements are particularly intriguing or exciting? The new CVO Road Glide ST has really caught my eye; it ticks all the boxes for a potential purchase. I'm eager to see offerings for entry-level riders as well. Q: Do you have a signature method you've developed to enrich the Harley-Davidson experience for customers? I relish riding with customers and sharing in their joy—it’s a profound part of why I love this job. Q: Apart from motorcycles, what are some of your other hobbies or interests? My wife and I also spend much of our time with our energetic dog and attending our nieces' and nephews' sporting events, including kart racing.
