A: My interest in motorcycles ignited after watching the movie Top Gun, in which Tom Cruise races down the airstrip at full throttle. That scene led me directly to the motorcycling community. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? A: I appreciate all Harley-Davidson models, both past and present. Each one represents a unique piece of motorcycle history and innovation. Q: Have you experienced any standout moments or adventures while riding your Harley-Davidson? Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? A: Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to ride due to my family commitments with little kids. However, I'm eagerly looking forward to future rides and creating memorable adventures when they get a little older. Q: Within the realm of Harley-Davidson, what trends or advancements are particularly intriguing or exciting? A: The introduction of new models like the LiveWire bikes and the RH1250S are particularly exciting. These advancements showcase Harley-Davidson's commitment to innovation and evolution in the motorcycle industry. Q: Do you have a signature method you've developed to enrich the Harley-Davidson experience for customers? A: With more than 24 years spent mostly behind the Parts and Service counter, I've developed quite a reputation for really knowing my stuff. Some days, I even surprise myself. Q: Apart from motorcycles, what are some of your other hobbies or interests? How do you infuse your personality and passions into the culture at House of Harley-Davidson? A: Outside of motorcycles, I enjoy playing hockey with my kids. A: I have worked in the automotive industry my entire career, and when this opportunity presented itself, I couldn't pass it up. The atmosphere here is completely opposite that of your standard car dealership. There is an excitement here that can't be matched! Q: How long have you been with House of Harley-Davidson, and what do you enjoy most about your role? A: I have worked here for eight years and enjoy learning more about the brand each year. Q: Can you share any significant experiences that have influenced your career trajectory at House of Harley-Davidson? A: I've worked a few different roles since I started, but the team culture here has really secured my role with the organization. I am proud to be a part of this top-notch team! Q: Have you developed any unique approaches to enhance the customer experience at Harley-Davidson? A: I have a keen eye for detail and love sharing my accounting knowledge with our team. A: I have been riding a motorcycle my whole life. I love the sport. My involvement in the Harley community grew naturally from there, as I sought to connect with others who shared my passion. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? A: I have always loved the Heritage because of the nostalgic look. It appeals to me because it combines classic design with modern performance, embodying the best of both worlds. Q: Have you experienced any standout moments or adventures while riding your Harley-Davidson? Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? A: My absolute favorite trip was last year, when I took the Lake Express Ferry across Lake Michigan to Muskegon. From there, I rode up to Mackinaw City, Sault St. Marie, Marquette, Hancock, Hurley, Hayward, Minocqua, Hudson, Prairie Du Chien, and then back to Greenfield. I traveled 1500 miles in 9 days, 7 of which it rained, but I didn't care. Q: Within the realm of Harley-Davidson, what trends or advancements are particularly intriguing or exciting? A: I really liking the direction that the company is taking on the models that are coming out. The innovations and new designs are exciting and show a promising future for motorcycle technology. Q: Do you have a signature method you've developed to enrich the Harley-Davidson experience for customers? A: I like to show my House colors wherever I go. I've connected with a number of new customers because they saw my shirt or jacket. Q: Apart from motorcycles, what are some of your other hobbies or interests? How do you infuse your personality and passions into the culture at House of Harley-Davidson? A: If you know me, you know I am a huge socializer.
