𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦! 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 Q: What initially sparked your interest in motorcycles, and how did you become involved in the Harley-Davidson community? A: I began riding at 14 and bought my first Harley-Davidson in 2012. That marked the start of my deep connection with the Harley community. Q: Do you have a preferred Harley-Davidson model or model family? If yes, what about it appeals to you? A: My favorite is the Road Glide. In my opinion, it's the best-looking model Harley-Davidson offers. Q: Have you experienced any standout moments or adventures while riding your Harley-Davidson? Any favorite routes or destinations you'd like to share? A: One memorable trip was in 2018 when four of us rode to Las Vegas. We traveled south to Oklahoma City, then west across Texas Panhandle, through New Mexico, Arizona, and into Nevada. The journey offered stunning scenery and landmarks, even as we rode through monsoons, sleet, hail, and snow—all within two weeks. Q: Within the realm of Harley-Davidson, what trends or advancements are particularly intriguing or exciting? A: The horsepower and torque that these new bikes can now produce are truly impressive. Q: Do you have a signature method you've developed to enrich the Harley-Davidson experience for customers? A: My approach is to be understanding and friendly and to treat everyone with respect, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers. Q: Apart from motorcycles, what are some of your other hobbies or interests? How do you infuse your personality and passions into the culture at House of Harley-Davidson? A: I enjoy attending rodeo events, concerts, and taking a two-week bike trip annually. I also build military plastic models and paint. My outgoing personality shines through in my interactions with customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone, contributing positively to our dealership’s culture.

National Police Week is a weeklong recognition that coincides with National Peace Officers Memorial Day—May 15—which President John F. Kennedy signed into law in 1962.
